Why NOBLY? do we exist? do we do what we do? do we dream?

NOBLY works hard to motivate as many companies as possible to make the world a much better place. A world that becomes more beautiful due to the influence that companies use. According to NOBLY such a world looks like this:

We are moving towards an increasingly transparent society.
People, and especially the Dutch, pierce through fake more and more rapidly. Terms such as greenwashing and purpose marketing have arisen to companies that are basically not concerned with anything other than shareholders. The purpose of these companies is to yield as much as possible for shareholders. True and honest companies with a clear “purpose” (also called destination) that gain a better world will be embraced. Authenticity is key to convey these goals well and to gain trust. Being yourself is powerful and vulnerability connects. Nobody asks you to be perfect. It matters that you and your company are true.

Satisfaction! We have all known for a long time now that money is needed to make life a little easier but satisfaction comes from very different things. Jesus

Our inspiration comes from Jesus and the command He gave us to carry out: to love everyone and help those who have less, regardless of their beliefs, race or other factors. We are here, on earth, not just to live for ourselves. We want to be and do this right at the place where we can use our talents, so in our case with creativity. We believe in God who made us and the earth and he inspires us for our mission and vision.

Ultra-High Quality

Quality as value, yes that is quite 1 because nobody wants something without quality. Our definition of ultra-high is that it stands out, also with its details. Character, personality and quality really come into their own in the details. Quality is also about connecting to the corporate identity, being distinctive and not to mention … connecting to the target group. Did you create a balance between all of those? Well, then you have quality without copying.

Connecting & Coffee

Digital contact is useful but we will stop by or invite you as much as possible. Making a cup of digital coffee for you is a bit tricky and not nearly as pleasant. A relaxed environment while enjoying a nice drink and bite ensures connection, trust, new ideas, and hands-on plans.

Authentic

Be yourself. Perhaps one of the most difficult things there is because by doing that you also show your lesser sides. Whoever determined that you have to be able to do everything to be a fun and effective company? Being yourself lowers the bar enormously to be creative and by being authentic you also have a simple step to trust. Not keeping the cards close to your chest is pretty scary but it will bring you more in the longer term. Continuously striving to be and do like someone else will wear you out at a certain point and can result in that you and your company are seen as unoriginal, fake and/or distant.

Courage & Ambition

See those footsteps to that ravine? We do not avoid an obstacle at NOBLY. We see it as a challenge to get to that place/direction/etc. where nobody wants to go. In the field of marketing & communication, creativity but also as a company. To do things differently with great courage. We are progressive and we love new terrain, the future, and change.

Otherworlds

In our first value “Jesus” we already mentioned that we are not here for ourselves. As a company, we constantly try to place ourselves in other target groups and therefore outside our own experience. That’s great! We like to be in those “other worlds” and are constantly looking for ways to make the world of the less fortunate a little more hopeful. We do this by co-operating with idealistic parties, supporting charities and our immediate environment.

With our NOBLY binoculars, we like to look ahead. Forward to trends within our profession but also progressive with, for example, the environment. As a company, we also like to do things that are useful for you in the long term and together we like to look ahead. Is what you are doing now useful for the time to come? Knock knock who’s there? We know, it’s a silly joke but we love a good laugh and fun. Cause seriously, we want every company to be enthusiastic about his / her own company and we want you to know that marketing – which a lot of entrepreneurs dislike – also ensures fun and having a good time. Fun is also key to our contact. We want to make creativity fun again for every company without losing the balance with efficiency. Do you know how efficiently fun can work?

Being transparent and not wanting to hide anything. At NOBLY we want to be open in everything and honest. In this way we want to gain your trust and explain openly, for example, our price structure, duration of a project and honestly tell you that the plans you have may not be as effective. The education Media & Entertainment Management (MEM) augmented this young creative urge of me and it got more and more in my veins to combine management with graphic design and video.

The move to a graphic company seems a logical one but the actual step took several years. In 2013 the dream of starting a business in online video and design had grown in such a way that I couldn’t ignore it anymore. After more than a year of part-time business the name was changed to NOBLY in July 2014, Anna became my partner and I started working full-time to pursue my dream.

Bringing people and organizations further into the realization of their dreams. Inspire, motivate them and be part of creating groundbreaking creations that touch people and organizations and give growth, while making an impact for a better world.

Drawing used to be my favorite activity but I put that aside for a longing of becoming a stewardess. When after a few years my creative fingers started to itch again, journalism and communication became very interesting.

In 2011 I ran into Bart. The desire to be part of creative processes grew more and after a personal development process, I discovered that variation and structure are important to me, just like the contact with people. I have experienced and seen that working from passion gives energy and so it was time to pursue my dreams.

I was always fascinated by the ability to tell stories through music and dance. Once I started my study Communication – International event, music & entertainment Studies (CO IEMES) I noticed the impact that companies can make on society if they put down their story well.

Telling stories and making sure that they come across in an impactful way, that is my heart. I have been working with Bart on a freelance basis for some time. When the opportunity came to work full-time with NOBLY and its goals, the step was quickly made. Working at NOBLY was a logical step to contribute to this.
